Welcome to The Village at Castle Pines. We are proud of our community and hope you will share our enthusiasm for living in The Village at Castle Pines
In addition to our beautiful natural setting with spectacular views, The Village at Castle Pines is proud of some significant assets that combine to make this an exceptional place to live:
Many Village residents volunteer their time and expertise to staff the board and committees that really make this place run. From reviewing construction and landscape plans, publishing the bi-monthly Village Reporter, to organizing welcoming events for new residents; these volunteers make this a first class community. New residents are encouraged to become active in our community – it’s a great way to meet your neighbors.
Safety, Security and Service
The Village Emergency Services Department is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide “Safety, Security and Service” to you and your guests. From controlling access to The Village and monitoring alarms, to responding to your home, these “Proud Professionals” are on duty rain, snow or shine.
Covenants are established to protect and enhance the value of your property. Please take time to review The Village Covenants, Rules and Regulations, and By Laws.
